Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
